He has been in this business since age 14 and continues to love the interaction he has with his clients. It gives him a strong sense of accomplishment as he watches the remodeling projects materialize.
Created business systems in which to promote sustained company growth and an employee bonus program based on company profit sharing.
When not at work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his two daughters and enjoys boarding (both snow and skate), photography, and music.
Luis oversees all aspects of the construction for j. allen smith remodeling projects. He enjoys his position because it allows him to grow as a professional allowing him to explore his creativity and while teaching him the values of a good manager.
His favorite projects a bathrooms and kitchens because he enjoys the transformation process and the new spaces are completely transformed in a matter of weeks.
A true team-player, Luis enjoys working side-by-side with his co-workers and is always willing to lend a hand to get the job done and make clients happy.
Carlos has been with j. allen smith design/build for four years. He’s passionate about remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, especially the finish work when it comes to cabinetry, doors, and trim.
He enjoys the transformation and significant changes in a few weeks and the homeowner’s expressions of delight.
He loves being outside and enjoying nature. In his free time, Carlos enjoys playing soccer. He also tries to spend as much time as he can outdoors whether camping or at the beach with family and friends.
Walter brings 10 years of experience to j. allen smith as an experienced framer (both wood and metal), cabinet installer and glass door specialist. He received his Lead Paint certification from the state o Maryland as well as forklift training.
His favorite part of his position is installing cabinetry detail including glass doors and bathroom walls and looking back at what he accomplished at the end of every day.
When not at work, Walter enjoys camping and fishing as well as going to the beach with friends and family.
